We congratulate our colleagues, the new President of epi Peter Thomsen from Switzerland and wish him success in his further work in the council!","insights_1_description":"We are glad that our Partners, European Patent Attorneys \u2013 Au\u0161ra Pak\u0117nien\u0117 and Jurga Petni\u016bnait\u0117 \u2013 have been chosen to represent Lithuania at the Institute of European Patent Attorneys (epi).\r\n\r\nAu\u0161ra and Jurga were elected to this council by a secret vote of all European Patent Attorneys working in Lithuania. Au\u0161ra was elected to the epi council for the 2nd time, Jurga \u2013 for the 5th time.\r\n\r\nThey have also been participating in the activities of the committees of this professional organization for many years. Au\u0161ra is a member of the European Patent Practice Committee, Jurga is a member of the Professional Conduct Committee.\r\n\r\nThe first epi meeting took place in Sweden on May 2-3 and was special \u2013 the new President was elected, guidelines for future work and plans were discussed.
