My professional strength is transactions and protection of the client’s interests at various stages of contractual relations, IT law, real estate law and disputes.

I have an interest in technology and am one of those lawyers who enjoy representing clients in various IT-related solutions and transactions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, data escrow, etc.). I like complex, non-standard real estate transactions, business disputes or negotiations that require special competences or the application of foreign law.

One of the latest achievements of my professional activity is the successful representation of a client before the Supreme Court of Lithuania, in the first and precedent-setting case in Lithuania regarding the impact of COVID-19 on obligations arising from the lease of commercial premises.
